BioNAME: Ranma Saotome
GENDER: Female (stuck)
SEXUALITY: Asexual (could very well change though)
APPEARANCE: Normally, Ranma changes between a male and female form depending on whether s/he is splashed with hot or cold water. When splashed with the slightest amount of cold water (aka colder than room temperature), Ranma changes from a boy to a girl and reverts back when splashed with hot water. Due to the mysterious circumstances of the guests inability to leave, however, Ranma has become stuck in his/her female form. As such, she stands 5 ft. even and has shoulder-length, fiery red hair tied back in a braid. She can normally be seen wearing Chinese martial arts style clothing, normally a red top and dark green pants with slippers, but this does change from time to time.
PERSONALITY: Ranma is the epitome of overconfidence, believeing she can do and excel at just about everything she tries her hand at as long as it's physically inclined. Some might take this as being cocky, but she can normally deliver on what she brags about.
Despite the overconfident and cocky demeanor, however, she's got her heart in the right place. She's loyal to those she considers friends and its fairly easy to win her trust, all you really have to do is accept her as she is. She has a problem with cracks about her being a girl, though since mentally she's very much still a guy despite appearances.
Ranma has also been extremely afraid of cats since her father tried to teach her a martial arts technicue by throwing her into a pit of hungry cats while wrapped in tuna sauseges (the biographer kids you not). The mental scarring is so bad that when left alone with a cat for a fair amount of time, a defense mechanism kicks in where she believes she is a cat, otherwise known as Neko-ken (Cat Fist). Naturally, the more cats in the vicinity, the faster it happens, but it also amplifies the feline tendancies (prone to scratching, hissing, spitting, etc), power (peel liquid water like wood shavings in a worst-case scenario), and duration of the Neko-ken. The Neko-ken can also be broken after a nap on a lap of someone Ranma trusts.
Relationships: As mentioned earlier, once Ranma considers you a friend, she's loyal to the end. It's the intimate relationships that she's averted to entirely at the moment from having not one, not two, but four girls claiming to be her fiancee and fighting over her constantly. She's tired of having people fight over her like she's a posession to be won and given to 'the best'. She's tired of having people tell her who she should marry. She has yet to have any particularly good experiences without them being ruined by something else and she just doesn't want anything to do with anyone when it comes to stuff like that.
